 The idea of offering nature’s beauty to you was born in 2000. My dad has been in the jewelry business for years. He owned a jewelry store and has taught me to appreciate it. However, there were no environmental and laboral laws regulating the business back when he started. My wish was to take a different path. We only do business with unionized companies that believe that profits should be stay in the community and the natural resources should be maintained as much as possible.

When making a choice, take a moment to appreciate what our Brazilian designers had in mind when they created your piece. It may give you an insight into their outlook on life and how their creation was intended to touch you. Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept payment through PayPal, money orders or checks. PayPal is default. If you prefer to pay by money order or by check, please let us know by email. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Policy

BraZinergy guarantees a refund if not satisfied with the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the mailing costs.

Brazinergy will be responsible for the mailing only under such circumstances:

1- We shipped the wrong item.

2- The return is prearranged and justifiable.

3- The item is defective.

You must notify us by email within 3 days after the confirmed delivery. We will then provide the address the merchandise needs to be mailed to.

Refund will be processed only after the merchandise is received back. For increased safety, it is advisable to ship it with a delivery confirmation.

We will send you a check or refund you through Paypal.

 

Shipping

BraZinergy will ship the merchandise at no cost for USPS standard mailing only (5-10 business days) with delivery confirmation. We will email you the shipping information.

The buyer is responsible for the extra cost incurred by express mailing services or carrier preferences.  Email BraZinergy stating your preference.

Our jewelry should not be utilized in lieu of professional care if you experience an ailment. Since our gemstones have undergone manufacturing, it may not offer the full benefit of an unprocessed stone.

We cannot guarantee the effects described under "My stones" and "My colors".
